We are pleased to announce that Visu Teoh
will resume his meditation sessions for
four Saturdays on
May 28, June 4, 11, and 18,
from 7.30pm — 9.30pm,
at our new Inward Path premises at
We will sit for an hour doing Metta (Lovingkindness) and Vipassana (Insight) Meditation followed by another hour of Dhamma talk, discussion, questions and answers.
Old students of Visu are invited to resume the practice with him while newcomers are also welcome and will be given appropriate instructions and guidance.
Inward Path is pleased to be able to host Visu’s sessions at its new premises. We hope you will make the most of these four sessions as Visu will leave for his teaching tour in Europe on June 25 returning only in November.
